Beyond the Banner Youth Clinic

Join Bureau County Farm Bureau, Bureau County 4-H, and Marshall-Putnam 4-H for a free educational event for all youth! This clinic will include everything from feeding advice to daily grooming routines and show preparation to showmanship techniques. All Animals will be provided. No personal livestock will be needed.

Members do not have to stay all day. They can choose from the morning or afternoon, or both!

This event will take place on Saturday, April 5 at 9 a.m. at the Marshall-Putnam Fairgrounds in Henry, IL. Register to Bureau County Farm Bureau through the Google form by March 28 at https://forms.gle/yK5MM8SCJ2VMinF56

8:30-9:00         Registration

9:00-10:30      Breakout sessions: Beef, Swine, Sheep

10:30-12:00    Large Animal Selection, Nutrition & Animal First Aid

12:00-12:45    Lunch and Master Showmanship Explanation

12:45-1:45      Annual Required YQCA Training if you are showing livestock

2:00-3:30         Breakout Sessions: Goats, Rabbits, Poultry
