Our Membership Relations Task Force, formerly the Membership Services Committee, encompasses many aspects of the county Farm Bureau. The task force has the responsibility of forming new programs for the county membership. This year the Task Force completed 63 different programs and activities. Some examples of these activities include- membership trips, local discount programs, promotional efforts, consumer education and more. The task force is also active in making sure the organization is visible throughout the county through advertising at numerous events. They also participate in advertising in the Quad City areas through the QC Regional Advertising Campaign and in the Chicago land area through the Food For Thought Campaign. The task force is responsible for conducting annual membership drives both with the board of directors, the COUNTRY agents and affiliate staff, membership program planning and surfacing incentive based discounts for members.
